Let's talk work out mats.

Aren't we all using them? Whether at home, or on the go. If you use it too, you would know the constant struggle to keep your body within the mat. A flay of the arms or a swing of the leg and you're out. Literally. Some didn't mind it, we did, so here we are with our supersized mats!

What are your mats made of?

Vegan suede. Made with a luxurious suede microfiber upper, it is super absorbent to provide a non-slip session no matter the workout.

Ultra-dense TPE foam. Our 6mm TPE foam protects your joints and is super comfortable to use.

Non-toxic. Our mats do not contain heavy metals nor phathalates. It meets all the safety standards and is in compliance with the SGS standards. Don't worry, there's no PVC here either.

Anti-slip.
The sweatier you get, the grippier our mat, thanks to the suede microfiber.

Comfortable. We prefer it ultra-dense for all that joint support goodness. Also, let's not forget the super soft skin feel of the suede.

Where do you currently ship to?

Singapore. Free shipping on all local orders. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

Rest of the world. Hang tight, we're working to optimise our way to you guys. In the meantime, please email hello@baaba.co for any special delivery arrangements.

Returns & Cancellations

Change of mind. baaba.co will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (baaba.co) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 

Warranty. baaba.co will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect baaba.co to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) 

Cancellation. If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Other shipping policies

baaba.co ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://baaba.co) ("Website"). By
placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below.
These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this
arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 
 

Dispatch time. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.

Change of delivery address. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock. If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Tracking Notifications. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service with next steps.

Sales Tax. Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. 

Import Duties & Taxes. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and baaba.co encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to baaba.co at the customers expense, and the
customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Insurance. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Wash + Care guides?

First time use. It is normal for the mat to have a light smell at the start. No chemical fragrances were added to mask any natural occurring scents . We recommend placing it in a cool place for 3-5 days after its first opening to let the smell dissipate.

After every practice. Use a cloth or sponge, some water, and a gentle soap solution to wipe it down. Leave it air dry fully before the next use. Ensure hands and feet are clean and free of oil before use. To store, roll it up and put it in a cool place.

Deep Clean. Prepare a pail / bathtub of lukewarm water. Add a gentle soap solution or detergent and soak the mat for 15 minutes. Use a cloth or a sponge to wipe the mat and hang it to air dry fully before your next use. 

General guides. All things require love and tender care for it to last. Here are some general guides to ensure the longevity of all our mats:-
(a) Keep it rolled up when not in use.
(b) Do not place heavy furniture or equipment as it might leave a permanent indentation or damage the mat.
(c) Avoid contact with sharp objects that might scratch or tear the mat.
(d) Avoid the use of harsh and/or abrasive solutions, alcohols, soaps or detergents.
(e) Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
(f) Avoid powerful vacuum cleaners that might damage the surface of the mat.
(g) Do not use pens/ permanent ink/ markers on the mat as they are non-removable.
(h) Avoid contact with oil based inks or solutions as it will not be removable.
(i) Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
(j) Avoid exposure to heat, or fire as it might permanently damage the mat.
